I actually selected Lawrence to represent the sale of our home based on a open house he had in our neighborhood several months prior. Lawrence was detailed, asked questions, and after that open house followed up on our conversation(s). When my wife and I decided to list our home I contacted Lawrence.
Lawrence was very attentive and responsive with all questions and concerns, we actually had Lawrence help us find our new home as well. Not sure if he slept much with some of the demand we put on his time.
